    There are two clear sections to the Estate. We have 5 bedrooms in the ANTIGA (OLD) section and two separate villas in the NOVA (NEW)section.


    We welcome 18+ yrs. Breakfast is à la carte and included in the stay with a 24 hr advance notice since we are a locally sourced and farm to table property.

    • Rates shown are for Monsoon/Shoulder season, inclusive of 18% GST, and include daily breakfast.

    • Peak High season and New Year's Eve are priced on request, based on demand and availability.

    • Minimum stay: 2 nights.

    • A refundable security deposit of INR 25000/- is applicable as security deposit and will be collected at the time of check in. It is refundable subject to no breakages/damages. It can also be adjusted against incidental/ancillary guest expenses.

    • Curated wellness, culinary, heritage, and nature experiences are available on request; some carry an additional cost, indicated at the time of curation and enquiry — ask us to build a personalised itinerary.

    Rhythm

    Guests

    We welcome guests 18 years and older. All rooms are en-suite.

    Estate

    Pets reside on the property. It is a mindful, quiet space and is kept zero-plastic — no plastic water bottles or outside food.

    Part Three

    Estate Policies

    Arrival & Departure
    Check-in from 2:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM, to allow time for heritage room care. Early check-in on request, subject to availability.

    Age Policy
    Seven Doors is an adults-only estate — all staying guests must be 18 years or older.

    Identification
    A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport) is required at check-in. Foreign nationals should carry passport, visa, and Form C documentation.

    Payment
    A 100% advance payment is required to confirm every booking.

    Cancellations
    More than 30 days before check-in: 90% refund. 15–30 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days, no-shows, or early departure: non-refundable.

    Dining
    Breakfast is included, à la carte and farm-to-table, with 24-hour notice. Lunch, dinner, and all other meals are available at an additional cost, prepared fresh to order. Food is served in the dining pavilion or open patios. Outside food is not permitted.

    Sustainability
    Seven Doors is a zero-plastic estate. Single-use plastic bottles are discouraged and should be taken away upon checkout.

    Estate Access
    ANTIGA and NOVA remain private to their respective guests. Main house common areas are shared, while NOVA cottages remain exclusive to cottage guests.

    Photography
    Commercial photography, filming, and social media shoots require written permission in advance.

    Pets
    The estate has resident house pets. Outside pets are not permitted.

    Pool & Common Areas
    Synthetic swimwear only in the pool. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, while quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

    Heritage Care & Deposit
    A refundable security deposit of ₹25,000 applies per booking to cover any damage to the estate's heritage furniture, structures, or stained glass.
